Here are some ideas of things to do during the week or on the weekend so you can experience Peru to the fullest! Although some of these activities require some booking there are plenty of other activities which you can do spontaneously.
Chocolate Workshop
We went to a fun bean-to-bar workshop and walked out with the fruits of our labor.
Day trip to Paracas and Huacachina
In one day we went to Paracas and went on a boat ride to see the penguins, sea lions, and more wildlife. Afterwards we went to Huacachina, a desert oasis, where we went sandboarding!
Mini Photoshoot in Barranco
Barranco is not only the perfect place to shop, but the ideal location for an ~artsy~ photoshoot. The colorful walls, art installations and artisan shops make it the perfect location for an impromptu photoshoot
Karaoke Night
Gather a big group of friends and get your groove on! You'll probably find out more about everyone's music tastes and overall have a fun bonding time.
Have a Spa Day
Take a day to refresh and relax with a mani-pedi or a blowdry. Costs here are much cheaper and you can get a manicure for about $12!

Souvenir Shopping
Obviously you want to get some goodies for yourself and for your friends. The Inca Market is a great place to go for purses, keychains, tshirts- the typical souvenirs. If you're feeling ~fancy~ check out Artesenias Las Pallas in Barranco which has artisan goods from all parts of Peru.
