Callao used to be an area plagued with strife and crime, however the city has been revitalized through the use of art. Walking through Callao we saw the impact of art on the community and how it has enriched the livelihood of people who reside there. Throughout our tour of Callao we met individuals who reformed themselves through art and now focus on giving back to the community.
